Commission info

Commission slots are offered to patrons in my Discord server. Leftover slots may be offered to the public if they are unclaimed after 2 weeks. (I don't currently offer public commissions)Pricing varies by type and complexity, and can range anywhere from $50 for small stickers to $650+ for fully rendered illustrations.For my Terms of Service, slot availability, and pricing, see my Commission Hub! Base store

I have several bases for sale in my digital store! If you're an adopt maker that uses bases or just looking for some bases to create characters on, check my stuff out! The income from these helps me out tremendously.

Discord Server

I have a Discord server that anyone can join!Free members get access to select low-res works and leftover commission slots and adopts.For as little as $3 a month, Patreon supporters get access to hi-res art, exclusive art, first dibs on commission slots and adopts, as well as access to text channels to chat and hang out.This is my full time job, so every little bit helps. I would deeply appreciate your support even if just for a month!

GENERAL

  • By commissioning Yiyani, you agree to these terms.

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is taken in USD via PayPal invoice only.

  • An invoice will either be sent up front or after sketch approval.

  • Payment plans are available but work will not be completed until the full amount is received unless otherwise arranged.

REFUNDS

  • Full refunds are available if no work has been started after invoicing, otherwise refunds will be handled case-by-case.

  • I will not refund completed work.

DISCLAIMERS

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any point.

  • I reserve the right to retain unused sketches and thumbnails for future work or projects.

  • I reserve the right to post my work at my discretion.

  • I am open to most subject matter. If you have questions regarding what I will and won't do, feel free to ask.

USAGE

  • You may re-upload work commissioned by you to galleries with credit.

  • You may not mint commissioned work or purchased designs.

  • Unless it was discussed and agreed upon, you may not use commissioned work for commercial purposes.

ADOPTS & CUSTOM DESIGNS

  • You must be 18 years or older to purchase from me directly.

  • Adoptables and custom designs may not be sold for higher than their initial value unless additional art is included (within reason).

  • If a design has been obtained through trading or gifting it can not be resold.

  • You may edit and change a design purchased by you as you see fit. If you significantly alter my artwork as part of these edits, please make note of it somewhere.

  • You may not claim my artwork or designs as your own original work.

  • You may not create a "species" from a purchased design with the intent to generate profit.

  • Unless it was discussed and agreed upon, my adoptables and custom designs may not be used as a primary means to generate profit in a commercial project.
